And Everything Was Still

“Be still and know that I am God,” ~ Psalm 46:10

Know: be convinced or certain of, have understanding of, perceive directly, have knowledge of.

Still: free from noise or turbulence, devoid of or abstaining from motion.

Last December (I know…a long time ago, but I’m a senior so 😉 ), I felt God reminding me of this verse. I’ve never really fully understood it; I’ve always thought of it as being really serious. But I think that the Holy Spirit revealed to me, at least, part of what it means.

“I am God…”

I am…LOVE: an assurance of affection, unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the Cutest thing I have ever seen: good of another, warm attachment/enthusiasm/devotion, strong affection for another.

“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us,” ~ Romans 5:8

I am…PEACE: freedom from disquieting or oppressive thoughts or emotions, a state of tranquility or quiet, a state of security.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid,” ~ John 14:27

I am…GRACE: a special favor, unmerited divine assistance, a state of sanctification Easter Sessions with a lamb and cross, in a beautiful field of wildflowers! enjoyed through divine grace.

“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need,” ~ Hebrews 4:16

I am…COMPASSION: sympathetic consciousness of others distress, together with a desire to alleviate it.

“When he went ashore he saw a great crowd, and he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. And he began to teach them many things,” ~ Mark 6:34

I am…HOPE: to expect with confidence, trust, to cherish a desire with anticipation.I remember days like these, young and at my Grams. Such cherished memories of how magical I remember my childhood. Children are such blessings. And their lil voices have so much to offer ☀️ More:

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope,” Jeremiah 29:11

I wrote out these definitions to remind myself, yes God is holy, but He is also our father…daddy. And sometimes, or most of the time, I forget that and struggle with thinking that God is out to punish me.

1 John 4:18 addresses this. For all my fellow perfectionists out there, this is a good verse to remember 🙂

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love,” ~ 1 John 4:18

So when God says, “be still and know that I am God,” I do not think He is only referring to the literal meaning. I think this is also referring to being still, resting and soaking in God’s love, grace, and compassion.

God is righteous and holy and omniscient, but He is also our father, dad. And like any good parent, He does not want us to fear Him. We should have a respectful “fear,” of course, in the sense that He is God and it would be foolish and idiotic to mock, test, etc…Him.

JESUS on Pinterest | Greg Olsen, Son Of God and Pictures Of Jesus: With that said, we do not have to fear the Lord. Using the verse again from under the definition of grace, it says:

“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need,” ~ Hebrews 4:16

With confidence. Not terrified or worried about coming to God. He says that we can come to Him with confidence.

Confidence is, “the quality or state of being certain, a communication made in confidence, a relation of trust of intimacy.”

The next time you and I begin to fear punishment from God, I hope we can remember His great love and the invitation to come to Him with confidence.

Star Wars Stand-Alone Films

I saw an article a few days ago about which Star Wars characters should get stand-alone films, and so I thought I’d add my own tidbit on that 🙂

In no specific order, here are some characters that I think should get stand-alone films:

Obi Wan Kenobi, Ewan McGregor can turn anything horrible into something watchable. The Star Wars Prequels are no exception.: 1. Obi-Wan

And the stand-alone film that practically the entire fandom wants…one on Obi-Wan. Between the time of episode three and four, a lot could have occurred with him.

If you take into account the animated Clone Wars series, that makes it especially interesting. Could Rey possibly be the grandchild of Obi-Wan? And if so, was Santine her grandmother – and she only did not tell Obi-Wan about the child before she died? Or could it be a completely different female character?

There are so many options for this, and it would be really cool to see what kind of background information a stand-alone film for Obi-Wan would bring up.

2. Lyra ErsoImage result for lyra erso

So, I have a headcanon that Jyn has the Force – she just doesn’t know it yet. If you go with that theory, then that means that she probably got the Force from someone in her family (of course, that’s not always the case – but let’s go with it for now).

It would make Rogue One much more fascinating, if a stand-alone film was done on Lyra. Who in her family had the Force? How did she learn about it since the Emperor was ruling? When and in what manner did she meet Galen?

Considering that Galen had a past in working with the Empire, it would be interesting to see how they even met – since it’s clear that Lyra has a strong distaste for the Empire, and believes in the Force.

3. Image result for padme amidalaPadme Amidala

Alright, I’ll admit I’m a little biased with this one – since she’s one of my favorite female characters in the Star Wars universe. However, I still think it would be really neat to show her background. What caused a young thirteen-year-old to be elected as queen? Did she have any other political experience before this?

4. One of the handmaidens (ex: Corde)Image result for corde star wars

The handmaidens to the queen were not just women who helped her get dressed. They were her protectors and could potentially die for her, since they could act as her double as a safety measure.

It would be interesting to show the process of how the handmaidens were picked, what training they went through, and what sort of background gave them the desire to pursue such a career.

5. Image result for cassian andorCassian Andor

I think it would be really cool to have a stand-alone film about Cassian. What exactly happened to his family? How did he come to be such an important part of the Rebellion?

Also, I read a fanfiction  where Leia and Cassian were close friends. I think it would be cool to show their relationship as  BFFs – both joining the Rebellion at a young age, losing those they loved, etc…It would be really neat to see how they met and what their friendship looked like.

Those are some ideas for stand-alone films that I think would be really cool! What stand-alone Star Wars films do y’all want? Let me know in the comments below!

P.S. Can we all agree that the stand-alone film of Han Solo without Harrison Ford is completely unnecessary?

Magic in a Pangram

“Alison Jane!” came the loud voice, from a plump woman with a peacock-feathered hat perched on her head. But don’t let appearances fool you, this fifty-five-year-old was very skilled…in magic. Catharine Jones was one of the best enchantress’ around, and my teacher. Doubtfully, she had taken me on as her pupil – really, she had only obliged because of who my parents were. Earnest and Eveline Jane were known for discovering a lost forest of magical animals – thought to be extinct – and using their magical talent, had managed to increase the number despite their only being one of each. Fame and fortune had come with that, hence, why a well-known enchantress such as Catharine would come to teach me.

Glaring at me, she huffed and stated in a slightly shrill voice, “I told you, not to make the rat explode!” Helplessly, I bit my lip tightly and looked down – suddenly fascinated by my sparkly, silver flats. In truth, it had been an accident, though I wasn’t particularly horrified by it. Just thinking of rats, mice, and snakes gave me the shivers. Killing such a disgusting and rather creepy creature, was not the absolute worst thing.

“Let yourself feel the magic Alison,” instructed Catharine for what must have been the hundredth time. Mustering up all the magical senses I could, I desperately tried to do as she had said…but that is easier said than done.

Nervously, I looked around and saw my teacher collapse into a chair in defeat. Over the floor, hovered ten just-appeared gray and white kittens – meowing pitifully, but looking perfectly adorable. Positively thrilled at the cinnamon roll-like creatures, I could not help but smile at each one and carefully sat the kittens on the red and black rug.

Quirking an eyebrow up, Catharine heaved a heavy breathe. “Really? Kittens? What will your mother and father say…I’m supposed to be teaching you professional magic!” Slyly, I replied with, “Well, you know they are the most animal loving people there are. They did find all those magical creatures, after all.”

The bottom of her purple skirt bellowed out as she began pacing, then she groaned loudly when she saw what had trotted into the room. Utopia, my pet unicorn, came up to me in all of her brilliant white glory. Very elegant, she carefully nuzzled me with her head – making a contented noise when I stroked her coat.

“Why-why – ” stuttered Catharine, at a loss for what to say. Xerces…I thought, mind wondering – thinking of the handsome, young phoenix trainer.

“You are going to be the death of me,” she muttered sullenly, once more dropping into the massive velvet chair. Zipping out of the room, I did not wait for the rest of her speech.

Love: a strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties

barefoot Summers - mine were dirty but not THIS I recall??: “Mommy.”

A mother looks down at her three-year-old son. Dirt is smeared across his face, though a brilliant smile shows his baby white teeth. His once yellow shirt, is now covered in splattering’s of strawberries, purple paint, and something else that she decides is better left unknown. “Yes, sweetie?”

The toddler raises up his chubby arms – asking to be held.

She complies, settling him onto her hip.

Golden curls giving him an angelic appearance (perhaps she is biased, though, she concludes humorously, her little one would certainly be one of the most mischievous of all the angels), he wraps his arm around her neck and lays his head down with a heavy-breathed sigh. “I love you mommy.”

Love:  the object of attachment, devotion, or admiration

“No.” The college undergraduate frowns at the poor, pitiful looking faces. She shakes her head, Baby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies! (Breeder: Chadwick Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's):: brown locks falling over her face. Pushing her red-rimmed glasses back up the bridge of her nose, she sighs. Why did they have to look so utterly adorable? Cute little cinnamon rolls…she thinks.

Two puppies, bounding over each other in their haste to get her attention, wag their tails impatiently. The smaller one’s chocolate eyes look up at her as if to say, pick me! I’m right here! The bigger one, not to be outdone, puts its white paws up on the glass – head cocked to the side as though it knew this made it look priceless.

“Oh who am I kidding?” mumbled the twenty-year-old, “I love you both!”

Love: warm attachment, enthusiasm, or devotion

Tutu Dress Yellow Princess Belle: “Daddy.”

The father drags his attention away from the newspaper he had been reading, turning to look at his eight-year-old. She has on a yellow gown with a cut, pasted, and crayon-colored paper crown on top of her head. Sassy as always, one hand is on her hip – lips pressed tightly together. “What is it Bella?”

She comes closer, placing both hands on top of his forearm. Her facial expression is utterly serious as she leans in to whisper in a not-so-quiet way. “You’re supposed to dance with me. Since I’m the princess, you’re the prince.” Tone confident, she waits for his reply – dark eyes blinking.

He chuckles to himself – though quickly stops when he remembers how seriously she takes this. “Why, I would be delighted to princess!”

A bright grin stretches itself across her face, and she has to use every measure of eight-year-old self-control to retain the dignity of royalty. Minutes later, when the music from Beauty and the Beast drifts through the kitchen, and she is held in his arms – head upon his shoulder, her childish voice says, “Love you daddy.”

Love: a beloved person

“How could you do that?”  he yells, dragging a hand down the side of his face. What on God’s A grey and white kitten resting on its owner's bed.: good green earth had she been thinking? She could have been killed! Not to mention, that her car was pretty much totaled.

She huffs in annoyance. “It was nothing, and I am perfectly fine.”

“You almost weren’t!”

“But I am!”

He groans loudly, running a hand through his black hair. “How are you such an idiot….”

She glares furiously at him, blue eyes sparking despite the fact that a gash of blood is still dribbling onto her skin. The gray and white kitten, held securely in her arms, makes itself smaller as though it realizes it is the topic of this…unfortunate conversation. “Why do you even care!?!?”

Before he even realizes what he is saying, his mouth is already open. “Because I love you!”

Love: an assurance of affection

senior photography. twins. laura benitz photography. senior portraits. st joseph mo. country: “I swear if they ever – ” The eighteen-year-old grits his teeth together, infuriated by the fact that some people seemed to think it was a peachy  idea to make fun of his sister. He had several choice words for them, and all one-hundred-percent of them were words that were probably better left unsaid.

His twin sister, glanced at him, sad smile on her face. “It’s fine, we’ll both be gone next year anyway.” She tucked a red curl behind her ear, the afternoon sun casting a glow onto her freckled face.

Suddenly, he wrapped her in a tight embrace. “Don’t believe them, ok? You’re the best person and friend I know.”

She nodded against him, pushing back the tears. “Thanks…you’re pretty awesome yourself,” she stated, adding softly, “I love you.”

“Love you too sis.”

Love: the fatherly concern of God for humankind, unselfish loyal and benevolent, concern for the good of another, an assurance of affection.“Let Me Sing Your Goodness & Greatness In Thankfulness To Your Name. In Jesus Name. Amen”:

Psalm 116:1, “I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy.”

“I’m sorry Lord, I should not have disrespected You like that.” Her eyes filled with tears, fear wanting to grasp hold. Why had she said that? The peer pressure…she should have been stronger. And now, what if He did not want to forgive her? Sure, she knew that the Bible said He forgives…but this? She was not certain, why would He want to forgive her when she had disrespected Him, even after He had died for her?

“You are forgiven.”

Romans 8:35-39, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. ”

He was angry. Angry at God. Angry at Him for taking his mother. How could someone who claimed to literally BE love do that? He sure as heck did not know. And he was hurt, pained, and angry over it.

“I know you are angry, but I see past that. I see to your hurt, your tears, your struggle with wanting to know why. My child, even if you do not want to talk to me, I am here with you – amidst your pain, amidst your struggle. My love is still here.”

1 John 4:18, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.”

Stupid. Ok. Sure, she had been at school all day and then rushed to work her job after that, and then needed to complete all of her schoolwork, and maybe it was midnight…and most people would probably call it quits (or think she was crazy), but she had not read her Bible at all today. Actually. She had not read it in three days, and boy was she feeling guilty for it. Never mind the fact that she was doing her best.

My daughter, I see how hard you are working – and how much you desire to please me. Your high expectations and perfectionism are wearing you down. Rest in me and let my peace become the rhythm of your life.

Isaiah 49:15-16, ““Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you. Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me.”

He threw his books down, having just returned from work. Shaking his head, his heart felt God's love for us is unconditional and undeserved. Because He truly loved us and knew that we were worth it, He suffered and died for us on the cross. All of God's children are of importance! Trust in Him, and let Him lead the way.: lonely…empty…forgotten. He felt like no one really saw him for HIM. He was just another face in the crowd. Another number.

You are not forgotten, my son. Even if other people may pass over, neglect, or cause you to feel insignificant, you are not. You are my child, part of a royal priesthood with a legacy of brothers and sisters who have gone before you. You are mine, and I love you.

Zephaniah 3:17, “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”

She was excited! And happy! For one, she had been surprised with an adorable black kitten with white paws (already named Mittens, of course) by her boyfriend. Yep. He was the best. Secondly, she had been praying for a while that she could manage to find a job – and TADA, this morning she had gotten the call. Today. Was. Awesome.

I love to give my children good gifts, daughter. Take care of Mittens, he has a bit of a mischievous streak.

John 15:9, “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.”

For some reason, the past few days he had been feeling depressed. He shouldn’t be – by all worldly standards at least. He had a wife, two children, and a good job. What was wrong with him? “God,” he prayed, “I-I’m not sure what’s up with me lately, but I just need to know you are here.”

My son, I am here. You have been worrying and fretting over the future. Rest in my love. You are safe.

maybe I can get my brother the blacksmith to make some of these ❤ for me! #OliviaGarden #BeautyTools: 1 John 4:9-10, “In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

Family. Friendships. Pets. In our world, there are so many wonderful, different forms of love. Yet, the greatest of all of this is the love of our Savior, who loved us unconditionally without receiving anything in return and to such an extent, that He died on the cross – still knowing that many would choose to reject Him.

This Valentine’s day, let us remember the true meaning and definition of love: Jesus Christ.

Note: the definitions for “love” came from Merriam-Webster.

The Space Between Us ~ Movie Review

Last weekend, my brother and I went to see The Space Between Us. All of the trailers I had seen (well, the ones that had aired on television XD) looked really good, and I thought the entire concept was fascinating!

***WARNING: There will be some spoilers below, so if you want to have a 100% spoiler-free review, skip down to the very, very last paragraph***

With that said, on to the review!

Like I said earlier, I thought the concept was quite interesting – I had never even thought about that before, and so it was interesting to think about the real logistics of someone who had been born on Mars: how would it effect their growth? Organs? Social interaction? What would their life be like?

The main character, Gardner Elliot, brought up all these questions…because he was surprise! born on Mars. Yep. How’s that for a unique birth?

Image result for the space between usFlash-forward sixteen years. Gardner has been raised by scientists on Mars, and therefore is pretty much a science genius (I have a feeling Tony/Bruce/Peter and him would all get along amazingly). His only contact with Earth, is a girl named Tulsa. They communicate once a day, and all she knows (regarding why they haven’t met), is that he has a disease that causes him to be unable to leave his home.

His “mother” (not biological, since she died in childbirth), Kendra, realizes that it’s time to bring Gardner back to Earth. Even if he doesn’t survive, she has come to the rightful conclusion that it is not fair to keep him from Earth any longer.

And so begins the process of procedures and physical therapy to prepare Gardner for Earth. During this, he tells Tulsa that they have found a cure for his “disease” which will allow him to finally leave his “home” and meet her. He also mentions that there will be some travel involved. Space travel. Aka…seven months with no communication with her.

Thus, when Gardner finally found Tulsa at her school, and he was all ‘hey Tulsa! It’s me! Gardner.’ Tulsa was pretty much like…

First impressions, right? XD

Anyway, quick note here, when Gardner came to Earth, they ran a ton of tests on him, and he realized that if something was not exactly right, or as it should be, they were going to send him back to Mars. Naturally, Gardner did not want to go back, and having the brilliant mind that he does, he managed to cause a pressure distraction and escaped the facility.

Flynn Rider is probably the most awesome male character to ever be produced by Disney [gif set] <--Agreed.Cue all his caretakers and the other scientists/astronauts freaking out.

Nathaniel Shepherd, the man who had started this, is going off to find Gardner along with Kendra. They are determined to locate him, no matter what.

Meanwhile, Gardner and Tulsa are hanging out, when SURPRISE! Nathaniel and Kendra show up in a helicopter.

Gardner is not about it. He starts running away from them, with Kendra chasing and Nathaniel jumping in the black SUV. They think they will have no problem catching him, but what they did not count on, was Tulsa picking up Gardner in one of those plane’s that farmers use.

And off they go, leaving Nathaniel and Kendra behind. Through the rest of the movie, the two teens go on a cross-country road trip trying to locate Gardner’s father, who he found with a picture of his mother on a hard drive.

There are so many cute moments, and a very Peeta-Katniss vibe between Gardner and Tulsa. She has this tough outer shell and does not open up easily to other people, because of how many times she’s been hurt. He, on the other hand, lacks any normal social skills and has this naivety that is very innocent and sweet. Yet, there is a major problem…

His Heart.

Gardner’s heart, because he was born on Mars, is too big. It cannot handle Earth’s gravity or atmosphere.

Gardner is dying.

Image result for the space between us picturesOne of the scenes, reminded me of a cancer patient. When you know you are going to die anyway, and that there is nothing anyone can do for you, some people go one of two ways: a) try to do the treatments that doctors prescribe that will hopefully let them live longer, or b) forgo all such in the decision to live as much as they can, while they still have time.

And that’s what Gardner decides. So, he and Tulsa manage to sneak out of the hospital and high-tail it out of that town. They are back on the road-trip to find Gardner’s father.

I don’t want to spoil the HUGE twist-around, so I’ll skip that part 😉

Overall, I thought The Space Between Us was a great movie. It was centered around an interesting concept, and had both romance, sci-fi, and humor. There were some really cute scenes and funny moments! A great romance, sci-fi story.

So, have any of y’all seen The Space Between Us?  If so, what did you think? Let me know in the comments below! 🙂

Beauty and the Beast Analysis

Title: Beauty and the Beast

Author: Disney

Genre: Musical, romance

Audience: All ages

Belle: Belle is a young woman who has a love for reading. She enjoys delving into stories and exploring far-off lands with princes and princesses, through only her imagination. Belle has hazel eyes and brown hair; personality-wise, she is determined, smart, stubborn, introspective, and caring. Sadly, her mother is dead and she is an only child living with her quaint father.

Prince Adam/Beast: Adam is a boy-turned-beast. For ten years, he has been confined to a curse that he brought on himself – with only one way to escape…love. He is an emotional person, and used to doing whatever he wants – at least in the beginning. In his human form, he has blue eyes and dirty-blonde hair, while in his beast form, he is much larger and covered in fur.

Gaston: Gaston is what we would probably call the “it” guy of the town. He thinks very highly of himself and has an ego bigger than his brains, which, it seems he lacks much of anyway. He has black hair and is muscular, causing many of the town girls to swoon.

Maurice: Maurice is Belle’s father. He enjoys tinkering with different inventions and finding new ways to make things work. He believes in his daughter and encourages her in her dreams. He is short and has a little bit of white hair.

Point of View

The narrator tells the story in a third-person point of view.

The setting is set in France. I’m not exactly sure what time period, but I would guess sometime during the 1700s or 1800s.

Plot Outline

Image result for beauty and the beast belle reading

Beauty and the Beast is a story about a young woman, with a love for reading, who is looked on as unusual in her town. Her father, an aspiring inventor in France, leaves on a short trip, yet when he takes a wrong turn, Maurice ends up in a dark forest…and a castle. Naturally, Belle is worried when he does not return with the horse, and so, she goes after him. Arriving at the castle, she is horrified to see not only her father in a cell – but a gigantic…beast! Courageously, she offers to take her father’s place, in order to let him go free. The beast agrees, and so begins their relationship of mystery, struggle, and perhaps, love.

Conflicts in the story would be man vs. man (ex: when the Beast and Gaston fight, and the disagreements between Belle and the Beast) and man vs. himself (ex: the Beast learning to not be as selfish and love someone). I think, however, the main conflict would be man vs. man, since much of the story is about Belle and the Beast learning to interact civilly, and then affectionately, towards one another.

I think two themes of Beauty and the Beast would be one, to see beyond someone’s outer surface and to who they really are inside; secondly, love is sacrifice (Belle taking her father’s place, the Beast saving her from the wolves and letting Belle go).

Literary Devices

Literary devices used in the story include personification – the animated household objects, metaphor – the prince being turned into a Beast, reflected his selfishness inside, and the characterization – how both the Belle and Beast’s viewpoints of each other changes from the beginning to the end.

I love this story. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite stories in all of literature, as well as Belle being one of my favorite female characters (yay for reading!). I think there are so many layers to this story, if you even think about it more in-depth. There is looking beyond the outer surface – loving someone not for their physical beauty, but for their spirit, mind, and character; the sacrifice that love requires – the Beast letting Belle go, even though he might not ever see her again, and how our actions affect those around us – the curse affected not only the Beast, but all of his servants as well. I think it is a beautiful picture of a redemption tale, as well as, a stunning love story. I would rate this as 5 stars.

The Last Jedi…

Y’all, we finally have the name of episode eight…The Last Jedi.

I’ve come up with a few theories of what this could mean, so I thought I would share them with y’all!

  1. The most obvious answer is that Luke Skywalker dies, and is therefore the “last” Jedi

New trending GIF on Giphy. no no way star wars rebels zeb. Follow Me CooliPhone6Case on Twitter Facebook Google Instagram LinkedIn Blogger Tumblr Youtube

Although, would this mean that he did not end up training Rey? Because if she became a Jedi, then obviously Luke would not be the last Jedi. And I’m pretty sure that he ends up training her as his padawan – or at least, that was what episode seven seemed to hint at.

2. Episode 8 is centered around Luke Skywalker

Another option would be that this next movie is centered around Luke, hence the name, “The Last Jedi.” This could work, because right now Rey would only be a padawan and therefore, Luke would be the “last” Jedi – at least temporarily.

I think this could be an interesting move, and perhaps would give us more background info. With episode seven, Rey had several flashbacks and/or visions of the future; so it would be really cool if in episode eight, we got the same thing with Luke.

How did he get there? What happened before all of his padawans were killed? Was he ever married? So many questions and hopefully this next one will answer them.

3. Another Jedi

A lot of people have pointed out that the titles of episode 7 and 8 form a complete sentence: The Force Awakens The Last Jedi.

I’m still in denial that Jyn and Cassian died (THEYLIVEDOK), so when I saw the above on social media, my first thought was…hey, Jyn had a kyber crystal! Maybe she has the Force, but she just didn’t know it! And Cassian and her have been “asleep” ever since the events of Scarif, but then the Force AWAKENS Jyn.

Alright. I’ll admit it. This is extremely far-fetched and most likely won’t happen, but hey, that’s what fanfictions are for right? xD

Well, those are my theories for what episode eight could possibly be about! What do y’all think? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
